② Sealing Gasket

Material: Fluorocarbon Rubber (FKM) / Silicone

Function: Forms an IP67-rated seal through interference fit with the button cap and positioning frame, preventing liquid ingress.

③ Positioning Bracket

Material: Glass-fibre reinforced PBT engineering plastic

Function: Fixes button travel, prevents press deviation, and enhances overall structural rigidity.

④ Waterproof Membrane / Isolation Sheet

Material: PET/PTFE composite film

Function: Further isolates moisture vapour without affecting pressure transmission, assisting in elevated protection ratings.

⑤ Core Functional AssemblyComprising a gold-plated beryllium copper conductive spring leaf and LCP insulating base. Deformation of the spring leaf during actuation establishes contact, with automatic reset upon release.

⑥ 2P Pin Terminal

Material: Tin-plated / Gold-plated brass
