Waterproof Tactile Switch With Bracket

The lower bracket design of this 6×6 waterproof tact switch primarily addresses pain points encountered with traditional 6×6mm tact switches 

in practical applications:

1. Installation Stability Requirements

Traditional surface-mount 6×6 tact switches are prone to solder joint failure or PCB deformation under vibration or frequent pressing. The 

lower bracket increases contact area with the PCB, enhancing overall vibration and impact resistance.

2. Enhanced Waterproofing

The lower bracket, together with the protective sleeve and base, forms a bottom-sealed structure. Combined with the top waterproof gasket, 

it achieves full cavity waterproofing from top to bottom, elevating the protection rating from IP65 to IP67.

3. Optimized Production Efficiency

The lower bracket's positioning snap-fit design enables quick fixation of the switch during SMT placement, reducing soldering misalignment 

and boosting assembly line efficiency.

4. Adaptation to Complex Scenarios

For high-reliability applications like automotive electronics and industrial equipment, the lower bracket distributes pressure force, reducing wear 

on internal springs and extending switch lifespan from 500,000 cycles to over 1,000,000 cycles.

① Button Cap

② Positioning Bracket

Material: Glass-fiber reinforced PBT engineering plastic

Function: Fixes button travel, prevents pressing deviation, and enhances structural rigidity.

③ Waterproof Isolation Membrane

Material: PTFE composite membrane

④ Conductive Spring Contact
